AIM Annual Teams: All AIM Annual Teams will be based on AIM membership and the total number of members in the category/zone/state. AIM All-Stars are the highest level of shooting recognition followed by All-Zone then All-State. Participation in the 2017 AIM Grand Championships is a requirement for the AIM All-Star and All-Zone Teams.

Entry Fees:

AIM Grand Sporting Clays Championship................................$130 per shooter
(includes $3 IDNR, $8 NSCA, & $2 ISCA fees)
AIM Grand Skeet Championship................................................$45 per shooter
(includes $3 IDNR, $4 NSSA, & $3 ISSA fees)
AIM Grand Doubles...........................$33 per individual (includes $3 IDNR fee)
AIM Grand Handicap.........................$33 per individual (includes $3 IDNR fee)
AIM Grand Singles.............................$63 per individual (includes $3 IDNR fee)

Cashiering for Singles, Handicap, and Doubles WILL NOT open until Saturday, July 29. Please make checks payable to "ATA". One check can be used for all shooting events.

Pre-Registration:

Sporting Clays & Skeet: Pre-registration for these events will be open on June 1, 2017. Forms are available below:

Skeet & Sporting Clays Pre-Registration Forms must be submitted by July 17, 2017, at 5:00 PM CST. Changes can be made online to your original submission until the deadline of July 17. Please submit these forms by emailing them to aim@shootata.com. Once you have submitted the form, changes can be emailed in until the deadline of July 17. After July 17, changes must be done at the event center on July 27 from 12 PM to 5 PM. No changes will be accepted after the 5 PM deadline.

Singles, Handicap, & Doubles: Pre-registration for these events will also open on June 1, 2017.

AIM Team Pre-Registration (full & partial squads)

All Pre-Registrations must be submitted by July 17, 2017, at 5:00 PM CST. For Teams (full and partial squads), changes can be made online to your original submission until the deadline of July 17. Changes to Individual forms can be re-submitted before the deadline of July 17 by emailing it to aim@shootata.com. Any changes that are not submitted before this deadline must be done at the event center starting Saturday, July 29, 2017, at 9:00 AM CST.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, ANY CHANGES MADE AT THE EVENT CENTER COULD DELAY YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS. SQUADDING FOR ALL EVENTS WILL BE POSTED ON WWW.AIM4ATA.COM NO LATER THAN JULY 24, 2017.

Special Awards:
*These awards are in addition to the AIM Championship awards and will not exclude a team from any class or category awards.
Pre-registration is required to be considered for these awards.

Many AIM teams are a result of team participation in other youth shooting programs (4H, FFA, Boy Scouts, American Legion, & State Convservation). The top teams comprised of shooters from these organizations will be recognized with Special Recognition Awards. All shooters must be from the same chapter of the same organization. For example, if all squad members are 4-H, but from different chapters, this will not qualify for these Special awards. Pre-registration is required to be considered for these awards. Pre-registration Deadline is July 18, 2016.

AIM Shootin' Showdown Information: Starting Saturday, July 29, all competitors must check in (before shooting) at Registration and pick up their Competitor Number. These numbers must be worn at all times between July 29 and August 1.

The Shootin' Showdown includes: 9mm handgun, .22 cal handgun, .22 cal bolt-action rifle, and 3-gun tactical. Other games that will be available are the Annie Oakley Challenge, Make-A-Break, 28 ga., International(wobble), and Parent/Coach. Parents and Coaches are welcome to join in on the fun! AIM Grand Championship Shooters get one (1) free competition round for each rifle/handgun event. Competition round tickets are attached at the bottom of the wearable competitor number. Tickets for the 28ga. and International(wobble) can be purchased at 28ga/International event area. Tickets to shoot the AIM Shootin' Showdown for fun will be available for both AIM Shooters and adults; shoot as much as you would like!

The ATA will again be hosting an NRA Level 1 Shotgun Coach School at this year's AIM Grand Championships. The fee for this two day school is $250 and includes all course materials, targets, and the NRA credential fee for the first two years. The school will be held at the WSRC in the Event Center's East Conference Room.

Schedule:
8 AM - 5 PM (both Friday & Saturday)

Day #1 - Friday, July 28:
Will be spent inside the class room

Day #2 - Saturday, July 29:
Morning will continue in the classroom,
and the afternoon will be spent on the trap line.

Coach candidates should please bring a large 3: 3-ring binder, a shotgun, ammunition, eye and ear protection, appropriate clothing, and a pen or pencil.

Registration must be completed HERE by July 21, 2017. The payment of $250 due the day of class can be paid by cash or check. Checks must be made payable to "Jim Dickerson".
